Please carefully read the following information so you come prepared TOMORROW for our week at Outdoor School!!
We have OUTDOOR SCHOOL from Tuesday, April 4 - Friday, April 7!
Here are some helpful reminders to prepare us for our week out at Kamp Kiwanis:
- Bring a bagged lunch for the first day we are at camp on Tuesday, April 4. This is the only day that we will be eating food from home. After lunch, all of the lunch bags will be collected and returned to the students before getting back on the bus. If possible, send your child with a brown bag lunch that does not need to be stored while at Outdoor school.
- Important items to throw in your overnight bag that you might overlook:
- extra socks
- snowpants, just in case
- a bed sheet to put over the plastic mattress so you don't wake with your face stuck to the mattress
- daypack/backpack
- stuffie/blankie
- pillow
- rubber boots (or boots that are waterproof)
- water bottle
- pajamas (they are not on the packing list)
- bring medicine in it's original container with detailed instructions in the Medicine bag sent home by Monday, April 3rd
**Parents, If you need to drop your child's duffel bag off at school EARLY in the morning, Mrs.Bezugley and Mrs.Grey will be able to take them from 7:15am on. Note**This is only their LABELLED DUFFEL BAG, not your child:)) Your child should bring their own backpack with them when they arrive at regular school time. Thank you!
